So far the system is work great…

Adding a floating island on top of the app is a big negative. I’ve been using your products for years and enjoy the clean camera view while monitoring my yard with multiple cameras. Now suddenly you’ve decided that I need to be able to quickly switch to library, devices and automation? Bad idea. Please add an option to use this or not. Thanks.

The newest update as of April 24 turned my language German even though it’s set to English under the settings. I tried to chat with support and they just left me hanging without saying anything.

Camera will turn grainy and Ezviz will not fix or send you a new one. Customer service is horrible. Please don’t buy.

App is easy to use and the additional features added via updates are very nice. I only have cameras that have been reliable for years. Some of the problems I read here could be fixed with stronger WIFI. I have been there

Everything is perfect I have only a Problem with Alexa skill. When I try to activate the mode “out of home” Alexa says that was not possible to do this and check security panel. I’ve searched on Internet but nothing helps me… I just need to set camera in sleep mode when I am at home saying a word to Alexa and the opposite not in sleep mode when I go away … could you help me to configure ?

The best service

I pay a yearly subscription, but I can’t review any past videos. This is not know this is always been like that, but I ignored it and accepted that as that I would have to pay a higher subscription, but that’s not the case so I’m confused why no one reached out to me.

Been using this system for a few years now and have had no major issues. A few minor but were easy fixes.

Not sure what happened but now the video does not play smoothly and sometimes freezes all together. It skips seconds. Pretty much useless now.

At the beginning EZVIZ was the best video recording I had. Now, it’s horrible. I have a separate payment for every camera (8) X16$ and NO VIDEOS IS SAVED FROM THE DAY BEFORE. I have asked for help resolving these two issue and constantly I am being advised to send a video clip of the issue I have and that I should be able to group my plan into a business plan. Unfortunately when I try to group it to a business plan I receive an error. I have written 20+email on my issue and have finally had it to the point I am going to report to the BBB. Overall, the service at the beginning seems good but as times goes on it starts to demonstrate a bad service system.

I’ve wanted to add some cameras to my system that use rechargeable batteries like my doorbell. Why are every single camera you have listed under wireless unavailable? It’s a bad look for your company.

I have been using EZVIZ for years. The only issue I ever had was with the battery powered units, being the unit I had drained the batteries too quickly, so I went back to the powered units. Will remain a consumer of this product…

Found it after writing but need to make it easier to find 😉Can’t find initialise 😒 when I download videos from camera to see them they have hiv and they are there but nothing to be able to see them thanks again

It's a good tool and I'm very comfortable with it.

Excellent in all I really recommend this product it’s guaranteed the good quality. I have two cameras and I want to continue buying more products from EZVIZ.

I had my eight cameras connected now for few years working perfect never had a problem either on the monitor or the mobile

We installed a 4 camera EZVIV IN 2017 and it has been flawlessly operating to this day. Very impressive so for me it was an excellent investment.

Reception clear

Setting up EZVIZ camera was the best decision for me. Since my father lives all alone EzViz has been phenomenal to help me see him any time, talking to him through camera has given me peace of mind. The cameras work flawlessly that’s another plus!!!!
