New problem 2-7-15 keep freezing in play back or in live view, dropping frames to ----------------------------------------------- Problem fixed 12-28-15 Still having problems must fix ASAP Fail to stream live video over 3G 4G LTE data even with 3 to 4 cell bars even when I turn off the Wi-Fi to force to use data only I have spent over $500 cameras for my home protection and I cant view the remotely on cell data. When I am on a Wi-Fi network at home, or work I can view live video just fine Please fix ASAP

Great App. Easy to setup.

Have problem with login. I keep getting an error message "disconnected from server" I uninstalled and reinstalled the apps but still not working. Help!

I appreciate the effort on this app, but it needs some work. The functionality is very basic and limited although this is good for simplicity its not good For effectiveness. No HDD controls are present, instead it just tells you weather your HDD is normal or not. It would be nice to control this like motion sensing, bit rate, image quality etc... Be able to text or email album items without having to "save them" to the phone. Overall ok, very stripped down and basic features

It looks good so far and rather useless. I cannot connect my cameras to the app.

Was a 5 star app until the latest update broke thumbnail previews for motion detected clips. Device = iPhone 6 plus.

Cant stream live video from hikvision camera more than one minute and freezeing and Crazy Color bars in messages thumbnail and keeps freezing when playing back messages please fix
